Yes, in fact we strongly encourage you come meet our trainers prior to signing up for personal training. Let us know your preference and desired specialty area (weight loss, body building, senior health) and and we’ll match you with the right person.

What are GoFit trainers certified in?

Our PTs hold certifications in strength training, boxing, kickboxing, movement therapy, and rehabilitation. All are trained to coach diverse fitness levels.
