Do I have to be a GoFit member to access personal training?

Yes, personal training is available to active GoFit members. If you’d like to learn more, contact us via Whatsapp or walk-in during staffed hours for assistance.

Do I need to be fit or experienced to start personal training?

Not at all! We were all beginners at some point. You’ll go at your pace with a plan designed for where you are now and aligned to your goals.

How much does it cost?

Personal training packages are priced differently at each location and depend on session type, frequency, and trainer experience.

Will I feel out of place if I’m new to the gym?

GoFit’s personal training program is designed to be supportive, not intimidating. Our trainers are friendly, approachable, and focused on helping you feel confident at every step. Can I pick a trainer I feel comfortable with?

Yes, in fact we strongly encourage you come meet our trainers prior to signing up for personal training. Let us know your preference and desired specialty area (weight loss, body building, senior health) and and we’ll match you with the right person.

What are GoFit trainers certified in?

All GoFit personal trainers hold accredited fitness certifications and are trained in functional training, strength coaching, injury prevention, and program design. You’ll be in safe, experienced hands.
